We are unclear as to whether all the parts on this rifle are original to it, but we are clear that all these are genuine U.S. Military parts. The Underwood Contract began in March 1942, around serial number 1,300,000. This one’s serial number is 14001xx, so it is likely from that same year’s production. The GI Walnut stock rates at around 70 percent by our estimate, with light to moderate scuffing, scouring and scratches. Metal finish is better than that; the main external detraction is a considerable amount of toning on the front sight only. Bore is very nice, shiny and smooth with no signs of pitting. Please note that there is a considerable amount of moderate pitting on the lower receiver, the part that stays underneath the stock. This has been parkerized over, but it is there. Note also that the trigger group is excellent. We consider this Underwood .30 M-1 Carbine to be in Good to Very Good Condition, but we believe we have included sufficient photography for interested parties to judge finish grade for themselves. Own it for only $589.95

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
