An old '95 SRC (22" bbl) in .30 U.S., (.30-40 Krag), made in 1912, probably used as a hunting rifle for a long time. The bore is bright, shootable and well used. The butt stock is shotgun butt with a smooth steel butt plate. I have no idea whether it's original to the gun, but it is a Winchester stock. It has sling swivels: a standard one in the butt, and what appears to be a military one (perhaps Krag) in place of the standard barrel band. The butt plate has 21 small, filed notches on the right edge. I'm assuming deer, not people. It is complete and everything works. It comes with a two-die set of Herters .30-40 dies and a small sack of brass casings.
