Well, if you like custom European centerfire rifles with engraving, quick disconnect scope mounts, double set triggers and a German Mauser action, this one should be of interest to you. Chambered in the classic .257 Roberts. For me, it turned out to be an impulse buy that I find I just can't get warmed up to. Should have stuck with pre-Garcia Sakos. So, will learn my financial lesson on this one. The scope is a K. Kahles Wien Mignon 4x with very clear optics and a little blue loss. The cross hairs are duplex with heavy outer and thinner inner segments. European sling swivels. Barrel is 21.75 inches. Bore is fine. Some handling marks in the blue but it is very good overall. There are some marks on the top of the barrel above the front sling swivel. But, not serious scratches. The whole outfit weighs 8 pounds. Stock is in great shape with fine checkering and a few handling marks. Bolt nicely jeweled. All screws engraved. Tang safety and double set triggers with external adjustment. Made in Innsbruch, Austria. Most areas that are engraved are without bluing. Not exactly what I would call a coin finish but maybe that was their intent. Ask questions and I will answer them as quickly as I can. I have more pictures I can easily email to you. Looks like I can only post four and that will not do the rifle justice. Make certain your dealer will accept a gun from a non dealer. I will include a copy of my driver's license. I prefer U.S. Postal Money Orders for payment.
Trades Accepted: No
I am not an FFL dealer. If your dealer will not accept shipment from a non-dealer I would just as soon not go through the hassle of getting my local dealer to run a firearm I am selling through his books. Any firearm I list will come with a three day inspection. In most cases, I don't care if you go ahead and shoot them. Otherwise, how do you know they will do what you want them too? But, you assume all risks of shooting them, including having them checked by a competent gunsmith before firing. Any damage done means you bought it. Buyer pays for shipping both ways if returned. You won't get screwed over on my shipping charges either. In most cases, I can provide more pictures.
