SS# 44XXX 1849 Colt pocket Navy made in 1852. From a local estate sale this "Indian Colt" is in the same condition as many "Indian" guns, frame and barrel pitted, chip on one grip (see photo), broken main spring and the barrel SS# does not match. Native American Indians were notorious for lack of firearms maintance and this gun reflects that. The holster however is in excellent condition with no broken stitching and all the beads are in tact. The set comes in a very nice glass fronted lockable wooden display case. I am not a artifact collector nor am I very knowledgeable about Indian artifacts. I have looked very closely at this item and it appears old and original to my untrained eye. Since the only way I have of authenticating this item is my own personal inspection I offer it with a 100% refund. If this item does not live up to your expectations in any way return it for a full refund. Satisfaction guaranteed. We trade guns. Cashiers check or money order only. No FFL required.
