J.P. Sauer & Son, SxS 12 ga Made in Suhl Germany. Action locks tight. 2 ¾" chambers. Blue on barrel and triggerguard near 80%. Spot on left barrel were it looks like blue was rubbed off. There are acouple small spots further down barrel as well. Case colors still at 88%. Pistol grip style stock with rt handed cheek piece. Not much hanelding wear, one ding in cheek piece. Scalloped action, cocking indicators, nitro proofed, double triggers, sling swivels, greener crossbolt, and rib extension. Barrels are bright, 97%. Barrels are 28 ½" long and choked roughly modified and full. LOP is 15" over recoil pad. Action is tight on face. Weight is 6.9 lbs. Barrel stamped with SPECIAL GEWEHR LAUF-STAHL S.G. 1 (German Special Steel).

Inspection/Returns - If there is any undisclosed problem with an item Blackbern LLC sends to you, please email ASAP. There is a THREE-DAY non-shooting examination period. If the Buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand to see it operates as advertised, checking bore and having headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted, include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. Firearms are sold as collectibles and have not been test fired nor headspaced. A qualified gunsmith should examine all firearms before shooting.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received and freight paid. Do not return the product COD as it will be refused. Shipping is not reimbursable. Be sure to pack and insure correctly. A refund will be made the next business day under normal circumstance.
Payment is expected within 10 days. Payment can be made by money order, personal check, or cashiers check. Personal/business checks are discouraged and can take up to 15 days to clear. Please say what you paid for!
SHIPPING- I try to ship within 2-3 business days or less. All rifles/shotguns are shipped in new plastic hardcases inside a cardboard box to prevent damage. If you do not want the case, it can be returned for a $13 refund. I am tired of fighting with UPS and FedEx and this seems to have solved 99% of the problems associated with shipping damage. If there is any shipping damage you must save the damaged shipping box so a claim can be made and let me know ASAP.

· VIRGINIA: No handgun sales, unless you work out arrangements with me first. You must also have a tax number or pay 5% sales tax.
To ship firearms I must have your FFL, C&R is OK on some purchases.
