Description: REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE!!! Very rare Fox Sterlingworth. Collectors know that this gun was very low production and the only Sterlingworth available with an English stock. The Blue Book of Gun Values notes that there are so few that pricing is difficult with “only a few known to exist”. This is a first year production collectible, with a letter from the Fox/Savage historian documenting its authenticity. The gun has all matching numbers and is configured as shipped from the factory in 1935.

This 12 gauge gun has been fully restored to new condition. The barrels are 26” number 3 weight, SK1/SK2 (.007/.012) chokes, shiney bores, 2 5/8” chambers, extractors, brass mid bead, ivory front bead, barrels ring like chimes, 100% rust blued. Receiver/barrel fit is tight on face, very tight on hinge like a new gun, screws are good, case color is 100% perfect Fox colors, double triggers. Straight gripped stock and bullnosed forend are restored to new, with new Hawkins period style pad, 14” LOP, 2 ½” Drop at heel, 1 ½” drop at comb (for awesome shooting dimensions), checkering recut, no splits, cracks or repairs.
