Nickel-plated finish (although box top is marked blue finish), gold plastic grips, serial number B42801. Inside box bottom is marked date of 1955. Bore is excellent. Some of the nickel plating is flaked off around the trigger guard, mainly on the left. Plating is about 98%. The grips are very good overall, but the left grip has a very small crack emanating from the pin at the top, right edge. The action appears to be fully functional.
