Accepted Payment Methods: Returns: 3 Days Description: PARKER VH 16GA. ON DESIRABLE “O” FRAME Wonderful 1902 vintage Parker 16ga. on 20ga. frame weighing in at 5lbs. 15oz. Gun comes with Parker Gun Collectors Association factory letter documenting full originality. All numbers match. Has ½ round pistol grip (rarely seen on VH grade guns), splinter forend, handling and carrying marks on wood but otherwise nice wood finish, sharp original checkering, 14 1/8” LOP to original Dog’s Head butt plate, 2 7/8” drop at heel, 1 ¾” drop at comb. Barrels are 28” M/F (.020/.030), 100% re-rust blued, mirror bores with factory .665 diameter, 2 5/8” chambers (can be lengthened to 2 ¾” for $65 per barrel, though it is not necessary to shoot modern plastic hulled shells), barrels ring like chimes, no dents, tight on face of receiver. Receiver has clear engraving, lots of case color, lever slightly right of center, double triggers, nice screws, extractors, 100% nitre blue trigger guard, sn 11613. Gun balances perfectly on hinge pin, feels like a wand in hand. Chokes can be altered by my expert gunsmith for $55 per barrel. What a fine little upland or clays gun.
