I have for sale a post 1964 Winchester Model 70 Heavy Barrel in 22-250. I would rate the gun as 90% overall. The iron is in very good shape with wear showing to the jeweling on the bolt. The stock has some light dings none of which are major. The finish is peeling off the ebony nose cap in places, but that is common for this model stock. The rifle shoots fine as I have used it in the past for long shots on prairie dogs. My only reason for selling is I am replacing it with a custom rifle made off a Winchester Model 70 in 22-6mm that can reach out even farther. The rifle includes its Weaver Scope bases and rings and the Tasco Target Model scope 10-40x50, with target turrets, both sunshades and screw on lens covers, the original box and papers. The rifle must ship to your local ffl holder. I accept payment only by USPS Money Order. No sales to CA.
