Description:
We are offering for sale a Remington 1902 Model 6 .22 caliber Single Shot Rolling Block Rifle. This classic rifle was the last of the rolling block models from Remington. The patent date reads July 22, 1902 on the left side of the receiver.
This rifle is in good overall condition. 20 ¼” barrel shows surface wear; pitting. Bore is very good with some light surface wear; Strong rifling still present. Receiver was case colored originally but has since turned to a darker grey patina with some freckling present. Rolling block and action work flawlessly. Walnut stock and fore-end are very good with no breaks noted; Handling wear present.
