Very rare factory mother of pearl grips(s&w medallions were not put in them until after 1892), I've never seen one of these with pearl grips much less factory grips,in beautiful shape no cracks, no chips fit like a gloove. All of these were made from 1 so this is an antique and can ship direct to your home w/proof of age. Revolver is like new, tight action and perfect function, ejection very good also.
