Made at Jianshe Arsenal, The serial # 129XXX indicates late 50's manufacture - possibly 1957 but unsure, so FFL required. I bought two of these, and paid a hand select fee to get all matching numbers, which this one has. It has the blade bayonet and a cleaning rod and it also comes with a free 30 day supply of cosmoline ! The one I'm keeping cleaned up very nicely and had a very good bore, and I believe this one will be the same. Any discoloration in the photos is not rust, but cosmoline. The wood has no splits or cracks, and from what I can see under the goo, it should finish up quite nicely.
