HG0647 Here is the pistol that began the revolution in semi-auto handguns 25 years ago. There were reasons for that, and the reasons are evident on close inspection of this specimen of the 92FS Pistol. Until 1985 or so, Colt and Browning 9mms would not handle hollowpoints. Smith & Wesson 39 and 59 series pistols would, but the Smiths did not capture the market's imagination, perhaps due to the feel of the 59. Here was a pistol that looked good, felt good, and would handle sharp-nosed Federal and Smith & Wesson Hollowpoint ammo. It was, and is, extremely simply made, very easy to field strip and clean. This particular 92FS has served and protected our fellow Americans in the Chesapeake, with the distinguished officers of the Prince George’s County Maryland Police Department. PGPD, its officers and armorers, have one of the best reputations in the country for equipment maintenance. From its serial number range, we estimate it was manufactured and issued in about 1990. This pistol shows surface wear, but it is excellent mechanically. It has the highly desirable steel guide rod and steel magazine release that stand out from its plastic-equipped descendants. It comes with its Department Issued, Law Enforcement Ban Period Magazine, a 15 shot blue steel factory Beretta mag. Barrel is 5 inch Government size, and sights are MMC Factory Night Sights, Tritium 3 Dot, but with no more than 20 percent of their original luminosity by our estimate from our dark room inspection. Grips are factory Beretta with moderate to extensive wear to the checkering, mostly on the right panel. Surface wear to the original matte blue finish is moderate, mostly edge wear and whitening on the grip frame serrations fore and aft of the anodized alloy frame. We rate this pistol as Very Good, 70 to 80 percent vicinity finishwise; photos, however, should suffice for prospective owners to judge finish grade for themselves. It is excellent mechanically. Bore, chamber, magazine and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. Replacement pricing on the Beretta 92FS in our area in excess of $600 on these. We're offering this attractive, serviceable 92FS, however, for only $ 369.00 For civilian buyers in jurisdictions where 15 round magazines are restricted, including California, Chicago, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and New York, Freight Paid and no magazine or $10 extra with a new factory Mec-Gar or Beretta 10 rounder if we have any.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
