Here are Ruger factory magazines for the tried and true Mini 14 Rifle chambered in .223 Remington Caliber. Manufacturer and warrantor is Sturm, Ruger & Company, Southport CT Plant. Factory numbers are 90339 or Mag-10. Construction is serrated side steel body with welded seams, steel spring and floorplate, and black polymer cartridge follower. Each magazine holds 10 rounds of .223 Remington or 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition interchangeably. That is half the number that the original Ruger 90010 or MAG-20 magazine holds. Sometimes we rural folk use the ten rounders for prone and rested shooting on account of their low vertical reach. We normally have ads up on the 20 rounders, they’re the same price, but can’t ship into some areas. Each Ruger Magazine comes in its factory package, sometimes red and sometimes black.
