When our current proprietor was in High School, late 1960s, he bought these from the late and much-missed Mr. Ross Parker from Lexington, Tennessee, for $2.75 apiece and sold them for $3.25. This is a specimen from the ended era of U.S. Manufactured Schrades; and it is in near mint condition. It has never been used or sharpened, and its only detraction is light brown toning or stain that affects the sheepfoot blade only, and only about 10 percent of that blade’s surface. Main Clip blade tang reads Schrade / USA 1080T. Measurements are a diminutive 2 ¾ inches overall length closed, with a main clip blade that measures 2 1/8 inches from heel to point.
