S&W 76, 9mm sub machine gun, has selector switch for semi or full auto, fun to shoot, on a form 3 in Florida, dated 1980 so can transfer to anyone, there are no restrictions listed on the form, 8" bbl, 30 3/8 overall, S&W is listed as mfg of this gun, in MA no less, this gun came to us from Iver Johnson Arms, fixed sight, side folding shoulder stock, has rubber around the stock, ventilated bbl for cooling, there are some light scuffs but that is common for a parkerized gun, has been stored in the safe since 1980, needs some cleaning, there is some white stuff on the grip but it does rub off, there is some light white chalk writing on the right side of the rec but it is not engraved into, has some scuffs on the parkerizing, there are some extra markings on the rec near the magwell, could be the department that had the gun before it went to Iver Johnson, see pictures, comes with one sw mag 36rds, extra mags will be available if you purchase this gun, we will transfer this to your class 3 via eform for quick turn around, all NFA rules apply, this gun will transfer to your dealer tax free and then they will do the paperwork for you. We are a FFL, Florida residents add sales tax for your county, there is no local pick up and we do not have a retail store for you to come see the item.
