New lower price as of 8/16/23. I will not be going any lower unless it doesn't sell for several months. 12 gauge. 28" barrel. Laminate Stock. I don't see many in Laminate Stock. As the Express Magnum, it does not take 3.5" shells but takes 2.75" and 3" shells. Has a screw-in Modified choke tube. It belonged to my brother who tragically passed away last summer in a car accident and I inherited this from his estate. I'm not very familiar with this gun but I will cover what I know. I've taken it out for a test run and have shot 2.75" trap loads through it and it cycles fine. It's in fairly decent shape. The rear stock does not have any compression handling marks or scratches in it. There are 3 small areas where the varnish has been rubbed thin. The foregrip stock has a small area where the varnish is rubbed thin, and has one small thin handling mark less than a quarter inch long. Also in the foregrip, along the top of the right side, it appears a small piece of wood must have splintered off, but apparently the area was sanded smooth and a matching stain applied. Minor, and very good cosmetic job, I did not notice it until I had handled it quite a while looking it over. I can provide photos showing it. The dark finish on all the metal is in very good shape. There is a small blemish close to the end of the barrel but it is so minor I can't get it to show up in a photograph. Just a trace of loss in the areas of pump action. All in all it appears it wasn't used alot, and that he did a fairly good job taking care of it. Inner barrel is shiny and perfect. I will provide lots of high-res photos as proof of condition and even a short video clip of it in operation to a SERIOUS buyer. I am not a dealer. I am a private individual selling this firearm that became additional to my personal collection which I am trying to gradually sell off. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED ME and we have worked out all the details involved in the selling/purchasing/shipping/transfer of this firearm. Some things are default in these classified ads and don't provide control in posting, so terms are as per this Description section and our correspondence. Cash only if Local sale. For local sale I will only sell to anyone who is verified to purchase a firearm so I would need to see either a FFL, or Firearm Purchase Certificate, and ID, just like it's done at the auctions/shows. Concealed Carry Permit works as well. I will ship to an FFL if a legible copy is provided to me. That is the only paperwork I would need. Read shipping notes below. Please contact your FFL provider to ensure they are accepting firearms for transfer from private individuals that don't have an FFL. You will also need to provide me contact information to the FFL so I can set up the shipping to them. If I'm shipping the firearm, payment for the firearm and shipping combined is by Bank Cashier's Check ONLY. Shipping is to only the lower 48 and is a flat rate of 65 dollars.
