Factory model is F.F.D.O. with Lock Hole, for Right Handed Shooters. The acronym stands for Federal Flight Deck Officers, many of whom are issued this very holster. Construction is two ply, double cotton stitched, genuine American Cow Leather, with steel and brass thumb snap closure. Type is close profile, pancake type, two position concealment holster for Medium and Large Autos. It will wear in two positions strong side, or even cross draw. Note the slots in the trigger guard area that enable installation of a cable lock or padlock with the pistol still in position. Finish is black dyed semi gloss, with black anodized metal snap components. Interior is unlined leather surface. Parent pistol is the Sig Sauer P250C and P320C Compacts, with 3 1/2 inch barrel. Since its muzzle end is open, this holster will accommodate full size P250s and P320s. It is a perfect fit for CZ75C Compacts as well, including their Israeli, Italian, and Turkish Made clones marketed by Magnum Research, E.A.A., TriStar, and Sphinx. The full size CZ75 CZ85 pistols and their clones will fit with slide protrusion from the muzzle end, something most of us are well accustomed to. With substantial initial effort, aided by a well greased interior, this holster will accept and snap on several other pistols. It requires cautious use of a tool to stretch the thumb strap, get it snapped, and leave it snapped for stretching for a couple of weeks. That process will enable a leather holster like this one to accept a Glock 17 / 19 / 22 / 23 sized pistol; to accept the Smith & Wesson M&P 9, M&P 40, and M&P 357 pistols; and even to accept Sig Sauer P220, P225, P226, P228, and P229. In order to shrink the strap, a person needs to know how to wet and cure leather for guns like the Beretta 92, 59 – 5900 series Smith & Wessons, and Kahr Arms pistols.
