Here is a specimen of Smith & Wesson's resounding answer to the Springfield Armory XD Gear Package. Basic Gun is the MP40 chambered in .40 Smith & Wesson caliber with a total of three 15 shot magazines. To that we add a BladeTech USA kydex holster, a double magazine case, and UpLula Israeli made magazine loading tool and ear plugs. This pistol comes in its original black box with instruction manual, red cable lock, never executed factory registration papers, and two extra mainspring housing / grip adapters. Sights are Novak style three dot. Weight empty, no magazine, is 24 1/4 oz; weight fully loaded will be a bit over 35 ounces. Overall length is 7 1/2 inches; 5 1/2 inch height; and very nice thin 1.2 inch width. Barrel length is 4 1/4 inches with a 6.4 inch sight radius. This pistol, like all M&Ps, is full time double action, striker fire action, with a very consistent 6.5 pound trigger pull that only travels .300 inches from rest to fire and resets in only .14 inches. Safety system consists of the trigger configuration and firing pin safety. This 209330 variant does not have a magazine safety; that is, it will fire with a live round in the barrel and no magazine. Frame is Zytel Polymer, and barrel and slide are Black Melonite finished stainless. The frame, as the photos of the only specimen we have shows, incorporates a Picatinny Weaver type rail for light and laser mounting. The M&P series takes all comers for ease of handling, positive feel, and reliability and consistency under the most adverse field and combat situations. This pistol comes to us from our local Friends of NRA chapter here in West Tennessee. It was never out of FNRA Corporate Custody until we got it, and we do not believe it has been fired even, since it rolled off the assembly line in April of 2013. We classify it as Mint in Box, but photos should suffice for prospective owners to judge finish grade for themselves. This M&P .40 209330 variant commands retail prices in our area of $800 or more. We're offering this one, however, for only $ 489.00 Not transferable to civilian residents of California or District of Colombia. For civilian buyers in jurisdictions where the 15 round magazines are restricted to law enforcement, $50 off but no magazines. Affected jurisdictions include Chicago Cook County IL, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> $15 lower 48; $40 Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, USPS Priority, insured with Delivery Confirmation. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
