The buyer is responsible for checking local gun laws before bidding/buying. Please check with your local FFL to be sure the item you are bidding/buying is legal in your state/locality. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to know what can and cannot be owned in BUYER’S state.

We reserve the right to close this auction early if this gun sells locally. We will remove it as soon as possible and regret if you are caused any inconvenience.

Payment Policies: All auction prices reflect a 3% cash/check discount. This discount does not apply to credit card purchases. Add 3% to the final bid amount for credit card purchases.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added for Florida residents at a rate of 7%.

Shipping Policy:

1. Firearms will only ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer
2. All handguns ship UPS 3-Day Select OR USPS PRIORITY for a charge of $25 (Alaska and Hawaii Additional)
3. All long guns ship UPS Ground for a charge of $30 (Alaska and Hawaii Additional)
4. Insurance is available at the rate of $1.00 per $100 of item value. Please specify at time of purchase if you wish to include insurance on your purchase. Sun State Guns & Ammo will NOT be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during shipping if merchandise has not been insured by the buyer.
