If you've seen the Boondocks Saints movies you know the significance of "Veritas Aequitas" as the tattoos on the McManus brothers arms. If you haven't seen the movies, run right out and rent them. Best "GUN" movies ever! (Hint: Don't watch Boondocks Saints 2 until you've seen Boondocks Saints)
Anyway, our customer asked us to build him an AR 15 with "Veritas Aequitas" update kit to match an existing 1911. So we did. Well wouldn't you know it? Before completion he got himself in a little scrape with the Mrs. and isn't going to own any guns anymore. So we are in possession of it. He paid for half the parts but we are on the hook for the rest . That's what makes it such a great deal!
Here's the build info:
Started with an Anderson Manufacturing Lower receiver, Anderson Parts Kit, and Anderson Trigger. To that we added:
Tactical Galaxy "Veritas Aequitas" dress up kit. Includes Laser Etched Take Down Pins, Extended Mag Release, and Enhanced Trigger Guard.
Wolf Trigger Group Springs.

Doublestar Ambidextrous Sling Endplate
Ergo Soft Grip
Magpul B.A.D. Lever
Brownell's T6 Butt Stock with Carbine Length Buffer Tube & Spring
It's all topped off with an APF Armory Carbine Length Upper in .223 Wylde. 16.5" barrel. 1/9. Complete with charging handle, forward assist, bolt, raised gas block, and a Carbine Length Magpul MOE Forearm.
And we are throwing in 2 D&H 30rd Magazines.
