All the numbers match- receiver, mag, stock, bolt, sight, trigger guard, everything. This is a looks like new SKS. There is no mfg'r mark on the receiver but from the buttstock star with arrow with 1951 date I conclude that the rifle was mfg'd at the Tula factory that year. I see no indication of the "rework" proof but would doubt this rifle has not been through some kind of rework before being sold in the U.S. If interested be sure to ask for more pics. PAYMENT OPTIONS- I accept USPS money orders. Payment must be received by me no later than 14 days after the acceptance of offer. Lay-a-way: If needed I offer a 60 lay-a-way option.
