It is distinct from its U.S. Made ancestor for its triple backspring and the middle placement of the sheepfoot blade. Overall length closed is 3 7/8 inches; blades are clip, sheepfoot, and spey, traditional for large square-bolstered Stockman knives like this one. Replacement pricing is, we gather, somewhere in the neighborhood of $30 on this one. It is mint and unsharpened, never used.
