Bores VG fine to light pitting, Mech VG, Wood VG has a checkered wrist and forarm. Also has the original buttplate. The Lockplates and barrel rib are marked Remington Arms Co . The barrels have been shortened to 18 ½” and has a brass bead front sight. Metal overall has a dark brown patina finish with some fine pitting and surface rust in areas mainly the triggerguard . The left barrel has a small dent a couple inches from the muzzle.
