Description: Here is a Ruger Blackhawk Special Edition revolver that has been transferred but never fired since it left the Ruger factory in Southport CT in October of 2006. This variant, Ruger number S-465N-50 / 00867, was manufactured in limited quantities during 2006 only to commemorate the Fiftieth Anniversary of the .44 Remington Magnum caliber. Barrel Length is 6 1/2 inches; adjustable sights; Ruger Transfer Bar Safety; single action only; round trigger guard Blackhawk grip frame – virtually identical to the first Blackhawks manufactured in the 1950s. The Ruger Blackhawk, more than any other firearm, put the .44 Magnum Caliber in the hands of every day hunters. This specimen has been papered to a collector, but never loaded or fired. Surface detractions on this Super Blackhawk are negligible, no more than any of its brand new mates. We're offering it for only $ 459.00.
