It has been internally milled to fit over the semi auto safety block on the receiver while keeping the pin holes. A pin has not been clipped or welded in place. It will come with a NOS pin that you can easily cut with a dremel and superglue or weld in place yourself. I am conservatively saying these are in very good to excellent condition except for the pistol grips, which show scratches and marring. Will come with a coating of grease. I have tested the fit on a PTR91 receiver and a Century C308 Sporter. Note you may have to do some minor fitting for your specific gun. Check your semi auto block to see if it is straight or misaligned as this cannot be mounted on a crooked semi auto block. I do not take returns as too many people call the fit defective when it is their gun that has a misaligned semi auto block or poor weld job or they swap my part out for their bad grinding attempt. I tested this on two rifles and it fit very snug, so I know it works. I am also liquidating four armorer's kits. If you need any other parts email me.
