HG3671 All of us were exceptionally busy after the 2008 elections. Some new folk even went into the Gun Manufacturing business in 2009, but did not weather the market hangover that set in about a year later. Here is a well constructed 1911 Government style, U.S. Made Pistol from a small failed company in the Memphis Area, C.O. Arms, also known as DGC Custom Gunsmithing. This is their Stainless Match .45 variant, patterned on the order of the Colt Stainless Gold Cup. Frame is a stainless steel with Double Diamond Black Rubber Grips and Stainless Torx Screws. Finish is brushed stainless, with slide that is serrated fore and aft on the order of the Colt XSE. This pistol has flat cleat-serrated C type mainspring housing; and matching cleated-bottom beavertail grip safety. Main Safety and slide release are matching matte gray stainless extended, cleated surface. Slide is DGC’s own production series 70 type without firing pin block. Barrel is 5 inch Government size 440 stainless match grade with match stainless bushing. Sights are dovetailed-in partridge front and windage and adjustable rear; and the rear sight strongly resembles the classic old Elliason Sights that came on the early Gold Cups. Hammer is Commander style XSE type skeleton with serrated spur area. Trigger is match grade alloy, serrated face with overtravel adjustment, and it has negligible felt creep, a crisp 4 7/8 pounds. This pistol comes with an instruction manual, one year factory warranty statement (of questionable worth), fired brass case, two ACT-Mag Italian made 8 shot blue steel magazines, and hard case. Surface detractions to this pistol are minimal and inconspicuous: principally unevenness to the brushed slide side surfaces, and mill marks on the middle curve of the grip safety. It has never been transferred via 4473 form; it has been reworked by the only career gunsmith left in West Tennessee, and test fired 50 rounds. We rate this .45 as Excellent in Box, but photos should suffice for our distinguished shoppers to evaluate its finish for themselves. Custom grade US Made .45s like this one normally command prices in excess of $1500.00 apiece. We’re offering this unique, distinctive and attractive C.O. Arms Stainless copy of the Colt Gold Cup for only $ 659.00. Not transferable to civilians in California, District of Columbia, or Massachusetts. Freight paid but no magazines for civilian buyers in New York City.

Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
