Here is the best info that I could gather on this antique shotgun. So some of this info maybe right or wrong. If anyone has info to add please feel free to let me know. I have additional photos on request, showing serial numbers and condition.Your Saxton side lever double gun with back action side locks was made by an unknown English maker in the period circa 1870's-circa 1880's. This shotgun carries Birmingham (England) proof marks and is chambered for the 12 gauge shell, but has 13 gauge bores (not uncommon in British and continental double guns). Saxon was a trade name used on shotguns by an unknown Belgian gun maker.
Barrel has "London Fine Twist" on it.
