Shoppers please note that this is not a functioning holster. It is useful, not for carrying a revolver, but for displaying a collectable single action. Its tab that holds it to the belt is missing; but it has character. Construction is thick, well stitched US Made leather, dark brown with basketweave pattern. It will hold a standard 4 3/4 inch to 5 1/2 inch barreled medium or small single action revolver with ejector rod housing assembly. Other than it not being functional, surface detractions are moderate, oil stains and scuffing to the high points of the weave and to the edges. The thumb strap or strip is intact. From our poor memory of its style, this is a 1960s or 1970s production J.M. Bucheimer holster, but it is nowhere marked. It came to us in 2007 with a collection of guns from a McNairy County Tennessee Estate. Most of the guns dated to the 1960s and 1970s, including the Nickel Plated E15 Revolver that it came with. We're offering this non-serviceable, but attractive, and collectable holster however, for only $ 25.00.
