Collectors, this Safari Grade was made in 1962 in excellent condition. As a result there are no salt wood worries. It is a 270 WIN. This caliber is hard to find and extremely hard to find in an early pre-salt era Safari Grade. The blue is 97 to 98%. The wood is 97% with a couple of handing marks and some clear finish cracks along 4 or 5 of the horizontal grain line in the butt. This will make a nice addition to your collection or a super nice hunting gun for much less that a gun of equivalent quality. A new gun of this quality craftsmanship would be $3000+ today. Shipping and insurance is $30 and please email me with any questions or larger pictures.

Do you have a gun you would like to sell?
Many people have asked me over the years to sell guns for them. I’ve decide I will start helping you get the most for your firearms. Most dealers charge 15% or more to consign a gun and in a gun shop it might take months to sell. Selling on-line provides instance access to thousands of buyers. If it is properly priced, it will sell in a week or two.
The key to getting the most for your gun is to take good pictures of it after being cleaned, and providing an honest description.
I am offering this service for only 10%. I’m a licensed dealer who exclusively sells on-line. Send me an email if you would like more information and thanks for looking at my listings!
