Sedgley Springfield sporter much as it came from the Sedgley gunworks in the 1930s. Most of the original blue remains, about 95% on barrel and receiver, floorplate blue is worn from handling. Bore is near mint, a 9+ condition. Lyman 48 receiver sight in good working order, Lyman ramp front with original hood. Stock retains most of original finish, does have handling marks but is solid and free of cracks or chips. Checkering is still nice and sharp. Has the Winchester steel buttplate. Overall a great classic Sedgley in excellent condition that hasn't been modified or abused. Insured shipping is $35.00 in a new hard case. 3 day non firing inspection.
