Description: When Smith & Wesson introduced its Centennial Steel Frame Revolver in 1952, it was in continuity with a long line of internal-hammer revolvers introduced shortly after the Civil War. It benefitted from metallurgy improvements developed during Wartime production from WWII. Shortly after WWII, the Brazilian Company Forjas Taurus S.A. began producing excellent quality copies of Smith & Wessons, and by the 1980s assumed a leadership role in metallurgy advancements, first with Plus P rated J-frame size revolvers that forced the parent company to follow, and now with this five shot, steel frame Model 650 CIA. If there was a Smith & Wesson counterpart, its model number would be 40 or 540. This revolver's product code is 2-650121CIA, an entirely blue steel revolver with 2 inch full lug shrouded barrel, full time double action, concealed color casehardened hammer and casehardened smooth combat trigger. With the exception of its patented internal Taurus lock that sits inconspicuously at the top of the grip frame backstrap, with Taurus is thoroughly traditional. It weighs in at just over 24 ounces empty, and its size and configuration makes for an excellent, very powerful, pocket revolver. Replacement price on these, if a person can even find one, is $500 or more in our area. We're offering the one in the photo, an actual stock specimen from mid 2009, or one of its identical mates for only $ 379.95

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
