Here is an earlier specimen of the Last Man Standing on the economy variant of compact Smith & Wesson Metal Frame Pistols chambered in 9mm. This is a Smith & Wesson Model 908 compact, member of the 39-3900 family of S&W pistols that served us so well from the late 1960s until their discontinuance altogether a couple of years ago. This 908, product code 103882, has a TDT serial number prefix, manufactured in August 2000, the fourth year of production that ended in 2007. It is a member of the 900 Value Series of 3rd Generation S&W Double Action autos. Caliber is 9mm, traditional double action pistol with .260 wide factory bobbed hammer that fires both single and double action; .304 smooth combat trigger; single side manual safety with internal firing pin safety and magazine safety; lightweight alloy frame and steel slide in matte anodized and black finish; 3 dot drift adjustable Novak type polymer sights; two stainless body 8 round magazines, one with flat plate and one with finger rest plate; weight 23 15/16 oz empty; .732 frame thickness and .925 slide thickness. Maximum overall length 6 7/8 inches; and maximum overall height of 5 1/4 inches including the rear sight. This particular specimen is a locally owned civilian pistol from our neighborhood. Its only surface detractions are faint whitening on the edges of the slide and levers, and minimal weakness to the white filling in the serial number. We rate it as Excellent finishwise, since we estimate that 90 percent or more of its original finish is intact. Photos should suffice for interested parties to judge finish grade for themselves, however. This 908 is Excellent mechanically. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. It is in a current production factory blue box with both its magazines and a California Compliant gun lock. We're offering this excellent 14 year old S&W 908 for only $ 419.00 Not transferable to civilians in California, the District of Colombia, or Massachusetts. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Handguns: $10 flat fee lower 48 states; $30 to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, USPS Priority Mail. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
