It is a 7 shot revolver with beautiful Rosewood finger curved grips, a half lug 5" barrel, a red High Viz from sight and S&W fully adjustable rear sight. It is a factory "Special" It was manufactured in 2004 and I purchased it new in February 2005 in OC CA as a protection gun for my daughter who was anticipating moving to her own condo. Because my daughter was suppose to use it, I had "D.O Reichard" of the San Burr Gun Ranch tune the action. The gun is in like new condition and has never fired magnum loads. I reloaded 500 target loads consisting of 3.8grs. of Hodgdon Tight Group powder behind Speer 158gr SWC lead bullets with Federal primers in new Remington 357 magnum brass cases. The daughter only fired 400 rds of the target load and never really liked firing a gun of any kind. The condo move was temporary and in 2008 when the "great recession" hit, she moved back in with daddy and so did the revolver. It has been in my safe next to my 5 rifles ever since and the daughter got married two years ago. I have the original "blue plastic box", two internal lock mechanism keys, envelope with ID of gun containing Fired Case and S&W safety and instruction manual.
