Another Stevens tip-up 12ga shotgun with a 32" barrel, and the bore is moderate pitting in the breech area, and toward the muzzle it more numerous. The gun must have been stored muzzle down as the out side at the muzzle is pitted about 2" from end. Rest of metal is brown patina, with freckling, and frost from poor storage. Very good candidate for a refinish job. Wood is very good , few small chips ate breech end of the forend where someone pulled off the forend backward instead of straight up, after removing the screws.Stock looks good with a small tight hairline from lower top tang going backward, seems stable, and been there a long time! The gun locks up tight.
