Description:
Harrington & Richardson ( H & R Arms) M1 Garand, serial number 47300xx, manufactured about 1954. This M1 has a Springfield 1952 barrel with bright bore. All parts are described below and shown in photos. No import marks. Stock is new walnut.
The rifle has been test fired and performed perfectly, cycling through a full clip and ejecting the clip at the end.
Two M1 enbloc clips (no ammo) and repro sling are included.
Specs:
Receiver: marked “D-6528291” on leg, heat lot A. Excellent condition, no pitting, has new finish.
Barrel: marked “S-A-3-52” in op rod slot, with “P”, also marked on top “D6535448 45 A167A”, “M”, and small crossed cannons stamp. Bore is bright, very good crown and rifling. Chrome pads at gas port.
Barrel Gauge Measurements: Muzzle Wear: 1 ½, Throat Erosion: 2 1/2
Barrel band: two-piece flat top with roll pin
Clip latch: late square front type.
Op rod: flat side, marked “6535382 SA”. No pitting, new finish
Op rod catch: late type, unmarked

Gas cylinder screw: cross slot, poppet valve type marked “P” with hexagon
Stock and handguards: walnut, commercial reproduction, new condition, may have a few minor handling marks
Accessories: sling, new repro
