Only fired 35 rds. Shoots very well. In the box and all paper work. New condition. Paied $1,275 will sell for only $900. Bought it to hunt with, but my eyes just are not good enough for iron sights. I can email more pic if interested. The stock is a straight grip style with a Schnabel forearm, finished in a satin, oil-type and finely checkered at the grip and forearm. It has a nostalgic crescent butt with top strap. Swivel studs are included. The full octagon, semi-heavy barrel is 28" long and deeply blued. For sights, the Model 1885 features a precise, adjustable tangent/tang rear peep sight and a standard elevator-type rear sight on the barrel in a buckhorn style. The front sight was a blade type with a 1/16" gold bead, but has been changed to a new Lyman 17AHB Hooded front sight with a set of Lee Shaver inserts(not in the pic). Original sight also included.
