Description: Mauser K98k 8mm marked "svW". Serial 3358 is date stamped 1945 and different numbers appear on the bolt. Other markings include Waffenamts on wood and metal, "L19" on barrel, "svW 45" on front ring, "svW" and "byf" on bottom metal,"d" and "x" on bolt handle, and "lxd" on follower. Barrel is 24 inches long. CONDITION: Bore is strong and bright. Metal finish is about 65%. Bolt body is has some surface roughness. Wood integrity is good, with one gouge on the right side below the rear sight. Price firm. Layaway considered. Photo package by request (include email address).
