A new, reproduction barrel for this rifle cost over $200, and this one is the real deal from WWII. The balance of the rifle is very nice with "FJA" cartouche (Col. Frank J. Atwood, Chief Inspector, along with the Ordnance Wheel and a number of other sub-inspector's stamps. The wrist bears the "P" proof stamp.
