H&R model 50 Reising, full auto, transferable to anyone, shoots 45acp, made in Worchester, MA, this is an original factory gun, has a selector for semi auto & full auto, peep hole sight, the walnut wood stock has a few dings and a couple of gouges, the receiver has some scratches and is losing some finish on the receiver, see pictures, comes with one 20rd factory H&R mag, this mag was an option, polished blue finish, there is a painted ID number on the grip, there is a P on the barrel, it looks lilke the gun is missing the 5 in 45, I don't think it was ever put on because you can't feel a spot where it would have been, 11" bbl, compensator, overall length 37.76", weighs 109 oz unloaded, closed bolt, made for the military to replace the expensive Thompson, this gun was used by the a police dept in Florida and is a factory gun not a parts gun. On a form 5 with no conditions in Florida, a form 5 is a form from a government entity, all NFA rules apply, you must find out your local and state laws regarding this gun, must send a nonrefundable deposit of $1500 before the paperwork is started.no credit cards for machine gun sales. serial # 106XX, we can do an electronic form, USED, we are a FFL, if in FL there will be sales tax.
