This firearm and its magazines are not transferable to civilians in some jurisdictions, so please read this entire ad carefully before bidding or offering to buy. This listing is for One Complete Lower Assembly plus Ten Factory Colt 30 Shot AR-15 Magazines. When the Bushmaster Carbon 15 made its debut in 2006, many of us were highly skeptical as to whether a polymer AR15 lower receiver would hold up. After 7 years, we are fully convinced. Out of three hundred some odd Carbon 15s we’ve sold from our little store, we have only returned one, and its receiver was just fine. Here is American Tactical’s complete polymer lower receiver assembly for AR-15. Manufacturer is American Tactical Imports of Rochester, New York, and this lower is made in the U.S. Model is Omni, multi caliber and advertised as such. Construction is weapons grade fiber filled black polymer on the receiver and stock body, with matte blued steel parts in the receiver and on the buttstock. Stock’s buffer face is metal alloy, the only alloy part we can find on the rifle. Receiver is fully threaded and inletted to military specifications. Buttstock is 4 position M4 type, 13 3/4 inch length of pull from the trigger face to the fully extended buttplate. Any upper fitting with this lower will be substantially easier than it will with an alloy receiver. Factory product flyer warns against non-mil-spec parts, and recommends chambering in .22 LR or .223 Remington calibers only. The 10 Magazines included are recent production, never issued Factory Colt SP62328, 30 shot magazines for AR-15 rifles. Production period was 2009 on the magazines. Manufacturer is Colt Industries of Hartford, CT; construction is alloy body and floorplate, steel spring, and pale green no tilt cartridge followers. Price break down is something like this: $23 per on the magazines, and $159 on the lower assembly. Replacement pricing on Colt magazines has recently breached $50 apiece; complete lower assemblies like this regularly command prices upwards of $600 apiece. We’re offering this brand new complete lower assembly, however, with 10 Colt 30 Shot Magazines, the one in the photos or their identical mates, for only $ 389.00. Not transferable to civilian residents of Aurora IL, Chicago Cook County IL, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Colombia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or any jurisdiction where AR15 rifles or 30 Shot Magazines are restricted to Law Enforcement Only.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> $20 flat fee lower 48 states; $60 Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, UPS Ground or USPS Priority with full insurance coverage. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
