No NYC. This listing is for THREE magazines, but winning buyer can take any number of extras we have on hand at the same per-mag price and no additional shipping charges. Restrictions apply on high capacity magazines in some jurisdictions of the United States, so please read this entire ad carefully before bidding or offering to buy. Under strong influence from the excellent CZ-75 pistols, European American Armory began importing their Witness series pistols’ ancestors during the 1980s. One of the improvements of the Witness over its ancestors is the strength and capability of the pistol’s magazines. Here is EAA’s California Compliant 10 shot factory magazine for current production Witness pistols. Manufacturer is Tangfolio of Italy, and Importer is E.A.A. of Miami, European American Armory. Construction is matte blue serrated body, with steel spring and heavy duty black polymer extended floorplate and cartridge follower. Factory sku is 101920. Each magazine holds 10 rounds of 9mm Luger caliber ammunition – 9x19, 9mm NATO, 9mm Parabellum, call it what you will, The 9mm. That is 7 fewer rounds than the current production 101935 magazines. Buyers in jurisdictions where the 101935s are permitted may sub them at the same price if we are in stock on those, please ask first. These magazines are made for EAA Witness series pistols chambered in 9mm caliber with a steel or polymer frame manufactured 2005 or later. These will not fit the Witness PS series. They do not fit any other pistol that we know of. Body length is 4 1/2 inches, and that is the depth of the magazine well, the distance from the butt end of the pistol’s grip frame to the closed slide. On short frame compact variants of the witness, this magazine will protrude from its grip frame but otherwise will work just fine. Factory Replacement pricing on this magazine often approaches $50 apiece. We’re offering the ten rounders in the photos, however, or their identical mates from the same lot, in lots of 3 or more at only $39 each. Own 3 for only $ 117.00. Not for sale to residents of New York City. Any magazine deliveries into New York City require written permission of the Police Commissioner, so we cannot ship magazines into any of the six boroughs or 176 some odd zip codes, per NYC Code 10-131.10. Civilian residents of New York State are legally enjoined from loading more than 7 rounds into any magazine.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
