With a barrel length of 2.5", the .44 Special is one of the larger revolvers to qualify for concealed carry. It has potent stopping power, while not being burdensome to carry. This one is previously owned and is in fair to poor condition. There are numerous small nicks and scratches on the butt of the grip. The front sight is painted red with some of the paint wearing off. The cylinder release does not operate fully and requires the rod to be manually pulled forward in order to swing out the cylinder. The bore is in good shape with wear along the usual areas from extensive shooting. This revolver is chambered for .44 Special only. Do not attempt to fire .44 magnum cartridges with it! Comes with a leather holster, although the strap is not long enough to fully reach around the gun to the snap.
