Here is an unsharpened, never used Carl Schleiper German Eye Yellow Handled Copperhead pattern 2-blade that we estimate was made in the mid 1970s. Its only detractions consist in dark age toning on the exposed upper areas of both blades as well as on the backspring surfaces. We estimate the toning affects 10-15 percent of the bright chrome surfaces. German nickel bolsters have extensive light contact scuffing, but the handle panels are glossy with only light inconspicuous contact scuffs.
