Description: Here is a well maintained Italian Beretta model 81-BB Cheetah whose career was spent protecting and serving the citizens of Israel with the Mishteret Y’Israel, the Israeli civilian police, in the Jerusalem District. It is necessarily marked with import markings, PW Arms, Redmond, WA, neatly on the right side of its frame. Italian Date Code is AD, made in 1987 for the Israeli Police by Pietro Beretta in Gardone, Italy. The Israelis, by the way, have long respected the penetration qualities of the .32 ACP rounds, something Americans are only just now learning, since ammunition for that caliber is now available in high velocity European type loads. On this specimen of this rare pistol, surface detractions are only minimal to moderate amounts of whitening on some of its sharp edges and sides of its slide; and extensive moderate scouring on the original Italian walnut factory grip panels, as the photos show. We rate it as Very Good, close to Excellent, 85 percent vicinity by our estimate; photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is certainly excellent mechanically. Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. Factory specs are traditional double- and single- action semi automatic pistol – double action on a first shot from resting hammer position, then short-pull single action in the five pound range on subsequent shots. Ambidextrous frame-mounted safety lever is earlier style and does not de-cock the pistol. It can be carried, then, with safety on and hammer down for double action first shot, or with safety on and hammer fully cocked in single action mode. Trigger is .350 serrated face with overtravel stop, and .250 serrated rounded commander style hammer. The safe way to de-cock is to remove the magazine, remove the round from the barrel, and then let the hammer down with the trigger. The 81-BB comes with firing pin safety, but no magazine safety like its Browning cousins. Frame is lightweight alloy. Barrel is 3 3/4 inch chrome lined, and it and the slide and internal parts are steel. Finish is blue on the steel parts, and black anodized on the alloy, same as the big brother 92-F. Sights are white dot front and single white dot notched rear, drift adjustable for windage. Slide thickness is 1.062 inches; height is 4 3/4 inches from the top of the rear sight to the floorplate of an in-battery magazine. Grips are factory checkered walnut. Maximum overall length is 6 5/8 inches; and weight empty is 24 ounces. Magazine capacity is 12+1, and this pistol comes to us with a total of 1 magazine. All Beretta Cheetah series pistols are discontinued, at least as far as the US is concerned. We’re offering the distinguished Israeli-Italian 81-BB .32 in the photos for only $ 639.00. Not transferable to civilians in California, District of Columbia, or Massachusetts. For any buyers in jurisdictions like Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, and New York where the 12 round magazines are restricted $40 off but no magazine. Buyer can take any number of extra 12 round mags we have on hand @ $69 per. A Model 84 .380 10 shot mag will work most of the time, 1 stovepipe out of 24 rounds in our experience.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
