Yes, a few years ago Winchester offered a muzzleloading rifle, and it is a good one. It has these features:
29 in. stainless fluted barrel with built-in "false muzzle" to align the bullet before ramming, dropping block action to expose priming area, uses #209 shotshell primers for reliable ignition, 1:28 twist will allow modern slugs to be driven with the heaviest powder charges for long range accuracy, red front and green rear fiber-optic adjustable sights, drilled and tapped for scope bases, sling studs, factory recoil pad, very well made synthetic stock with checkering and cheekpiece, light and crisp trigger pull, and factory tool kit. This rifle has fired less than 50 shots, all at the range so there are no dings or scratches at all, and it was meticulously cleaned and oiled for storage. This rifle looks like new!
Actual Cost--can be shipped directly to buyer. No FFL required. Probably about $25.
