(For buyers outside California, we will install a standard magazine release). Photo specimen is one of fewer than two dozen specimens we received from a distributor liquidation. This is a one time deal. This listing is for One Rifle. Dealers, collectors, clubs, and departments, however, may take any number of extras we have on hand at the same per-gun price and with no additional shipping charges. All of these are brand new rifles, never opened, never loaded, never fired, never transferred, but each one has a tiny white spot on top of its black alloy forend. Named Model on this Colt HBAR Elite 6720CA rifle is simply, CAR-A3 HBAR Elite. Producer is Colt Manufacturing Company of Hartford, CT. Manufacture date was June 2014, because some of the rifles come with their original pallet labels. Construction is stainless steel barrel, with steel bolt, trigger, and internal parts assembled into lightweight alloy upper and lower receivers. Caliber is .223 Remington and 5.56x45 NATO interchangeably. It comes with a 20 inch stainless heavy barrel that is completely free-floating, except for the gas mechanism. Forend is ported alloy, as the photos show, with a 32 slot picatinny rail atop. Buttstock and pistol grip are factory issue mag-pul with folding trapdoor butt plate. Outside diameter on the photo specimen measured .730 at the muzzle, .745 at the gas port, and .945 behind the gas port. Bore is right hand six groove 1:9 twist, and this rifle will perform with exceptional accuracy with any bullet weight. Trigger is .290 Stainless National Match two stage. Photo specimen pulled at 5 1/4 pounds with negligible felt creep. Weight empty is 9 pounds; and the conventional raised military sight system is completely gone, in favor of a 13 slot Picatinny rail upper that accepts any standard Weaver type mounting devices. Colt has included their factory #W2975, alloy body scope mount like the one in the factory photo we have attached. This AR comes with one factory nine round magazine, and it will accept any conventional M-16 type magazines. Per California Law, the magazine release requires a tool, such as a cartridge, to operate the release. It is a simple matter to replace the magazine release or add what is called a bullet button magnet, but if a California civilian does, he or she can land in agua caliente mucho with Mujer General Harris. We will convert this rifle to standard magazine release upon request to buyers who reside outside of California. At Press time on this ad, we had standard CR6720s in stock anyway for non-California buyers. We will be happy to sub a factory 20 or 30 round magazine for the 9 rounder, for buyers who reside in jurisdictions where those are legal. Each rifle comes in its original factory box with manual, cable lock and scope mount. The forend will likely have one or two tiny contact spot as the photos show. Replacement price on this rifle, if a person can even find one, is upwards of $2,000 in our area. Its most recent wholesale price was over $1300. We're offering the HBAR 6720CA in the photo, however, or one of its identical mates, for only $ 939.00. 2% discount if payment is with USPS Money Orders and not Credit Card.
Not for sale to Civilian Residents of Aurora IL, Connecticut, Chicago Cook County IL, New York or any jurisdiction where Colt HBAR rifles are restricted to law enforcement. Any personnel or ammunition showing in any of our photos is Not included.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
