GR0522 Here is an attractive set of factory Smith & Wesson Magna or service style grips to fit any K or L frame revolver with a square butt grip frame. If the shopper is not clear on the difference between round and square, please see the attached photo. K and L frame designation, of course, includes models 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 64, 65, 66, 67, 581, 586, 681, and 686. Since we do not know of any Air Lite revolvers with square butt, those 386 and similar variants are out of the picture here, these won’t work for them. Fitting is often required for the thinner-than-normal grip frame of the model 12, so Model 12 owners might need to shy away from these unless they’re prepared to shell out $25 to $50 for labor. The wood itself is authentic Goncalo Alves, and these grips, from their parent revolvers, left Springfield Massachusetts some time in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Surface detractions are principally on the right panel, moderate amounts of scouring on the high points. We rate them as Very Good, 75 to 80 percent vicinity; but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Replacement pricing on their nearest currently available similar grips from the factory is upwards of $50 per set, if a person can even find any.
