Description: This is a first generation single action Colt revolver cal. 32/20. The serial number of this pistol puts it in the last years of production- 1912. The Colt Bisley was introduced in 1894 as a target pistol. However, the majority used were on American open range due to the pistols comfortable hand position. The name Bisley came from the famous firing range in Bisley, England. The Colt Bisley can be distinguished by the longer grip, the wider hammer spur, and the wider trigger. Bisleys were serial-numbered in the range of 156300–331916, in the same sequence as the Single Action Army. All Bisleys after No. 161,376 had "BISLEY MODEL" with the caliber stamped on the left side of the barrel, [see photo] which is rare for older Colt revolvers. The Colt letter describes the revolver as originally blue finish and delivered to Charles Ilfield Company on Oct. 21, 1912, with 4 other Colts. The barrel length is 4 3/4 in. You can see from photos that the barrel is strong, bright and in very good condition. The grips are original. The gun shows history. Inherited from father with the story that the revolver was originally owned by a Wells Fargo agent in the New Mexico territory. Purchase comes with a box of 50 32/20 rounds. You can see from the photos that I dismantled the revolver. Everything I saw was excellent condition and working.

LEGAL REQUIREMENT- Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in Buyer's area. Buyer must supply to Seller a copy of Buyer's driver license and a copy of Buyer's local FFL dealer's license before shipment will be made. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms. All handguns are shipped to an FFL.

RETURN POLICY- All firearms come with a 3-day return policy conditioned upon the firearm being returned in exactly the condition mailed- not being fired , messed with in any way. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping charges. YOU HAVE A 3 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO FFL OR C&R DEALER. SELLER WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS AND THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.
