This is a 99%+ 2nd Generation Colt Single Action Army in .45 Long Colt with an extra .45 ACP cylinder. It has a 4.75" barrel, walnut grips and with at least one cylinder unfired. The revolver was shipped January 2, 1959 to George F. Cake Company, Berkley, California. It was sent as a 5.5" barrel .38 Special. At some point, it was returned to the factory (between '72 and '74), re-barreled to .45LC, 4.75" and the extra cylinder (.45ACP) added. It has walnut grips numbered to the gun, and both cylinders are numbered on their face with the last three digits of the serial number. Although there is no box (and no paper work on the return) this is one of the cleanest original 2nd generations you will find, original factory letter included. I can take VISA or MasterCard for an additional 2% fee. This is an exceptionally rare variation with the extra .45 ACP cylinder in the 2nd generation production, with no known models leaving the factory with extra cylinders, making it virtually one-of-a-kind, special order. It come in a Colt factory walnut case.
